Shipping policy

Packaging

All finished art pieces are individually mounted by me using conservation grade materials (double front mount and backing board), stamped and signed, before being placed inside a protective sleeve, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and finally encased inside a thick cardboard postage envelope. 

All candles, cushion covers and clutch bags are carefully prepared and packed by me inside tissue paper and placed within a cardboard box for postage.

Delivery within the UK

Orders are posted from my home studio in Cardiff within 2 working days from receipt of your order (kindly note if your order comes in on the weekend, I will pick this up on the Monday). If you are purchasing your order for a special event and need my help getting it quicker, please pop me an email or DM on Instagram as I may be able to expedite the order for you.

Please ensure you provide the correct and full address details on your order, so the postman can find you properly. Unfortunately any mistakes on the address can not be rectified once your order has been sent for delivery.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Standard delivery is usually 1-2 days, although this can change at times when the postal system is under pressure such as busy times like Christmas and COVID-19. 

International Delivery

For the USA and Canada, delivery is with Royal Mail either standard shipping or track and sign. Standard shipping can usually take between 10-14 days depending on your local postal service and customs. If you would like to order from this location, please email me so I can arrange this for you. Shipping to USA and Canada is not currently set up as standard.
