Refund policy

I really hope that you are as happy with your purchase as I was designing it for you. Please remember that each design is unique and made to order, therefore sadly, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these handmade items. So please do think carefully before purchasing and read the item descriptions, care and sizing information. Unless of course your order is damaged upon arrival. If this is the case, please do contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so I can help you.

Damages and issues
When your package arrives, please inspect your order upon receipt so you can contact me immediately if you receive the wrong item, or if any items are defective or damaged. I can then evaluate the issue for you and make it right.
