When will my order be delivered?

Please allow 2-3 working days from your order as all art pieces are made to order. If you have something special and are in a rush, please get in touch as I may be able to help depending on how busy I am. 

How much does delivery cost?

For all UK orders, I personally like to use Royal Mail 1st Class so that your order reaches you nice and quickly. If you prefer 2nd class and are happy to wait 2-4 days, you can select this option once you reach the checkout. All prices are calculated based on your location and weight of your total order. 

How long does delivery take?

Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-2 days. Royal Mail Standard (2nd Class) is 2-4 days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed though, especially during the current circumstances. Some areas may be under more pressure and need a little longer. If you need a tracked service, please get in touch and I can upgrade your order to help you.

Do you ship to Europe?

Sadly all orders for the EU are currently on hold whilst the new EU rules are confirmed.

Do you ship Internationally?

I don't offer International shipping as standard at the moment, however I have arranged for a few orders to be sent to the USA as a special request. If you would like a quote, please drop me an email and I can find out for you and your location.

What do I do if my order has arrived damaged?

I take special care in packing each and every order myself to ensure any damage is avoided. All art pieces are packed in protective cellophane sleeves (which unlike the plastic variety, are biodegradable) then wrapped in luxury acid-free tissue paper and placed inside hardback Kraft packaging. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately and email me so I can help.

Can you send my order directly to the person I am buying it as a gift for?

Yes of course! I do not currently have a gift wrapping service, however as I take pride in how I wrap ALL orders (in luxury acid-free tissue paper and branded stickers), I can reassure that the person receiving your order will be delighted with their 'happy post'. I can pop a message inside for you too. All you need to do is put the recipients delivery address in the 'Shipping Address' and your own address in the 'Billing Address'. Then pop your message and instructions in the 'Notes on your order' box at the checkout. If I have any questions or need to clarify, I will email you before delivery.
