When will my order be delivered?

Please allow 2-3 working days from your order as all art prints are made to order. If you have something special and are in a rush, please get in touch as I may be able to help depending on how busy I am. 

How much does delivery cost?

At special times during the year, I will offer Free Delivery to all UK orders, which will be sent by Royal Mail Standard (2-4 days). Otherwise I use Royal Mail 1st Class which is calculated based on weight once you reach the checkout and put your address details in. Sadly all orders outside of the UK are currently on hold whilst the new EU rules are confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

If offering Free Delivery, I use Royal Mail Standard (2-4 days) otherwise I use Royal Mail 1st Class which usually takes 1-2 days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during the current circumstances. Some areas may be under more pressure and need a little longer. If you need a tracked service, please get in touch and I can upgrade your order to help you.

Do you ship Internationally?

I don't offer International shipping as standard at the moment, however I have arranged for a few orders to be sent to the USA as a special request. If you would like a quote, please drop me an email and I can find out for you and your location.

What do I do if my order has arrived damaged?

I take special care in packing each and every order myself to ensure any damage is avoided. All art prints are packed in cellophane bags (which unlike the plastic variety, are biodegradable) then wrapped in luxury acid-free tissue paper and placed inside hardback Kraft packaging. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately and email me so I can help.

Can you send my order directly to the person I am buying it as a gift for?

Yes of course! I do not currently have a gift wrapping service, however as I take pride in how I wrap ALL orders (in bright yellow tissue paper and branded stickers), I can reassure that the person receiving your order will be delighted with their 'happy post'. I can pop a message inside for you too. All you need to do is put the recipients delivery address in the 'Shipping Address' and your own address in the 'Billing Address'. Then pop your message and instructions in the 'Notes on your order' box at the checkout. If I have any questions or need to clarify, I will email you before delivery.
